I want to return one or more products from my order, what should I do?
• We invite you to send the request by e-mail to customer email@example.com indicating: Order number, Item code / s you wish to return, motivation, pick-up address.
• We will contact you to arrange the collection of the product by courier.
• When we receive the goods, it will be our duty to arrange the re-credit of the amount spent with the same method used for your purchase, according to the timing provided by the credit institution.
• In case of cash on delivery, it will be necessary to indicate the IBAN code and the name of the account holder, in order to proceed with the refund by bank transfer.
• Remember that in order to make the return it is necessary that the products are intact, unused or opened and that they are preferably shipped in the original packaging, accompanied by the delivery note.
