Shipping costs and times

Our service provides for deliveries on the Italian, European and world territory from Monday to Friday.

Preparation times: orders received from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are processed the same day or the following working day.Orders received on Saturday and / or Sunday are processed on Monday or the next working day.

ATTENTION: During busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and Sales, delivery times can take a little longer than expected.

 

ITALIAN TERRITORY

- Standard shipment (2 - 3 working days*): 4,95€ or free for orders 19.99€ and over.

- Cash at delivery** (2 - 3 working days*): 3,00€ (fixed cost)

- Express shipment (1 - 2 working days*): 10,95€ or 6,95€ for orders 98€ and over.

*Working days means Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
**The maximum amount of cash that you can pay per shipment at delivery is 1999 and it's only valid for the Italian territory.

After giving your package to the courier you requested, we will send you the information to track your shipment via e-mail / text message.

If you are not present, the courier will make a further delivery attempt the next day. If it is not possible to deliver the order, it will remain in stock at the nearest branch.

Sicilia e Sardegna: The courier generally delivers in 1-2 working days in the Northern and Central regions; within 3 working days in the Islands. No deliveries are made to the following locations: Campione D’Italia, Livigno, and Città del Vaticano.

- Express shipment (2 - 3 working days*): 12,95€ or 8,95€ for orders 98€ and over.
