The product I received is defective or broken, how do I proceed?

We are sorry if the shopping experience does not live up to your expectations, unfortunately small production or shipping problems can happen. Our Customer Service is ready to help you: call us at 800 12 12 71 or write an email to servizioclienti@macimaci.com specifying your contacts, order number and problem, accompanying the request with a photo.

 

I want to return one or more products from my order, what should I do?

 • We invite you to send the request by e-mail to servizioclienti@macimaci.com indicating: Order number, Item code / s you wish to return, motivation, and photo of the package.

 •Once the return is confirmed by our side, please ship the items to the following address: Time Gallery Srl, Via Principe Eugenio  24/26 00185 Roma.

• When we receive the goods, it will be our duty to arrange the re-credit of the amount spent with the same method used for your purchase, according to the timing provided by the credit institution.

• In case of cash on delivery, it will be necessary to indicate the IBAN code and the name of the account holder, in order to proceed with the refund by bank transfer.

• Remember that in order to make the return it is necessary that the products are intact, unused or opened and that they are preferably shipped in the original packaging, accompanied by the delivery note.

 MaciMaci reminds cutomers that return service is charged on customers, except for defective or broken products.

Can I place an order without registering?

Registration is optional, you can buy on our site even without registering.

However, registered customers enjoy many benefits, even if they buy occasionally. By registering you will receive access to special offers and you will have the opportunity to obtein points that you can use for your next purchase. Is there a minimum online purchase amount?

No, there is no minimum purchase amount required.

 

How do I know if the product is immediately available?

The availability of the product is indicated directly in the product sheet, by means of the following words:

• Immediate availability: The product can be ordered immediately

• Will be back shortly: The product is not currently available but you can reserve it by leaving your e-mail address

 

How do I check the status of my shipment?

You will receive an e-mail / sms notification when we entrust the order to the courier, with the link that will allow tracking of the shipment.

 

Is it possible to receive samples?

Samples can be requested with every online purchase. You can choose your gifts directly in the cart based on availability.

 

Is it possible to receive the gift box and the greeting card?

Of course, during the purchase phase, just select the "Free Gift Wrapping" option and then "Greeting Card". The items will be packaged individually and it will be possible to customize the greeting card to your liking. The service is totally free.

Payments and shipping times:

 

How many days will I receive my order?

Upon entrusting your package to the courier requested by you, we will send you the information to track your shipment via email / sms.

Orders placed after 2:00 pm are processed the next day.

The courier generally delivers in 1-2 working days in the Northern and Central regions, within 3 working days in the Islands. No deliveries are made to the following locations: Campione D’Italia, Livigno.

 

What if I am not homr on the day of delivery?

The courier will make a further delivery attempt approximately the following day. If it is not possible to deliver the order, it will remain at the nearest BRT branch.

Contact our Customer Service to arrange a new delivery.

 

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes, our service provides for payment in cash. The total amount to be paid to the courier will be displayed in the cart in the order summary. On the day of delivery, keep the exact amount on hand; the courier is not obliged to have the change.

 

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

Of course, to receive the invoice you must enter your tax code or VAT number when completing the order, by clicking on the "I wish to receive the invoice" option. It is not possible to request an invoice once the order has been confirmed.

 

Is it possible to ship abroad?

Can I use points at checkout?

Sure. If the amount of your order is less than the total amount of your loyalty card, the residual value can be used for a subsequent order.
