TERMS OF PAYMENT
Customers wishing to place an order will be able to use the following payment methods:
-Credit card: issued by banking institutions in Italy (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Cash on delivery, cash payment upon delivery with the courier (only for Italy)

Use of credit card:
Once the order has been placed, you are redirected to the bank's payment gateway, where the data necessary for payment can be entered. To proceed with the correct payment, the 3D security code will also be requested, a code that is generated by the bank.
To find out how to enable your credit card for online purchases or to know the code to enter, you must contact your bank directly.
We inform that our employees do not have access to the customer's card data. Everything is exclusively managed by the bank. In some cases, banks notify the customer by sending an SMS. Receipt of the text message is NOT indicative of the card charge but only of the blocking of the ceiling necessary for the purchase.
In case of cash on delivery, payment will be made with cash upon delivery of the purchased products. The total amount to be paid to the courier will be displayed in the cart in the order summary. Cash on delivery involves an additional expense charged to the customer for collection costs which may vary depending on the courier in charge.
On the day of the expected delivery, keep the exact amount on hand; the carrier is not due to have the change.
(The maximum cash payment is € 1999.99 exclusively on the Italian territory).
After placing the order, all information containing the current and random payment account number will be sent to the customer.
To assign the payment to the customer's order number it is important to correctly enter the payment random. We inform you that with this payment method the order will be shipped only once the payment itself has been received, so it may take 1-2 days longer than the standard expected with immediate payment methods.
Can I use the MaciMaci loyalty card?
You can use the points accumulated during previous purchases.
If the amount of your order is less than the total amount of your loyalty card, the residual value can be used for a subsequent order.
If, on the other hand, the amount of the loyalty card is less than the total order, it will be possible to integrate the payment with the other methods provided.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?
Of course, to receive the invoice you must enter your tax code or VAT number when completing the order, by clicking on the "I wish to receive the invoice" option. It is not possible to request an invoice once the order has been confirmed.
